You'll start with the why. Not the mechanics of ministry, but the heart of it. We're opening with powerful teaching on leadership as calling, responsibility, and stewardship—followed by worship and a message on leading from wholeness. Because burned-out leaders build broken churches.
Evening Keynote: "Leading from a Place of Wholeness"

You didn't come just to learn. You came to be released. Day 3 is about impartation, commissioning, and sending you out equipped and anointed.

Oxnard offers the ideal backdrop for Ascend, a coastal city with year-round beautiful weather, ocean views, and endless opportunities to relax and recharge. Located between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, Oxnard combines beachside energy with scenic mountains, outdoor adventure, and a vibrant food scene. From shoreline walks and ocean activities to hiking trails and local dining, it’s a place that invites both reflection and renewal. Location of the conference will be shared upon registration.

What's the difference between the two tracks?
Track A focuses on leadership and management for those currently leading teams or organizations. Track B is designed for next-generation and emerging leaders who are earlier in their leadership journey. You'll choose your track when you arrive.

Can I switch between tracks?
Yes, you can attend workshops from either track based on what's most relevant to where you are.
